Flagship marketing campaigns

Pflegeplace

Pflegeplace · Marketing + Project Management · 2020–23

Creating Nurse Lead Funnels

Qualified nurses are in short supply everywhere, and the ones actively open to relocating are already fielding offers from agencies with bigger budgets. Generic job ads don't reach them. Pflegeplace needed to find and win over internationally trained nurses before the competition did, without an in-house recruiting team.

Built a self-made automation stack (Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp) so leads were qualified and routed without manual follow-up

Automated lead funnel built end-to-end

Iron & Zen

Iron & Zen · Founder & Facilitator · 2025–

Founding a Men's Retreat

Men looking for real transformation are stuck choosing between a fitness bootcamp or a meditation retreat. Nobody was combining hard physical training with real stillness and unscripted brotherhood in one week. Iron & Zen needed to become that space from a standing start, with no existing brand, audience, or track record to point to.

Founded and built the Iron & Zen brand from scratch: name, identity, and the Iron / Zen / Brotherhood structure

120+ men hosted across cohorts, with a 5/5 average rating

Nomavillage

Nomavillage · Marketing Manager · 2024–2026

Finding Home in Lagos

Nomavillage competes for a small, picky audience: remote workers who could just as easily piece together an Airbnb, a coworking desk, and a yoga class themselves. Generic SEM and social posts don't convert someone comparing that against a real all-inclusive alternative. Nomavillage needed to prove it was cheaper and easier than doing it yourself in Lisbon, not just prettier.

Built an automated lead funnel connecting Google Ads and Instagram to ActiveCampaign via Zapier

Grew to 172 guests from 27 countries with a 4.8-star Google rating

Innate

Innate · Marketing + Community Manager · 2023–24

Redefining Co-living

A coliving house can be fully booked and still feel dead. Bookings alone don't create the community that makes guests rebook and refer friends. Innate needed a way to turn remote workers who'd never met into a group that actually showed up for each other, not just a room.

Ran the community calendar and member touchpoints across every location, not just the booking funnel

Always sold out

IcanSpeak

Building an Online School

Marketing + Project Management · 2021–22

IcanSpeak

icanspeak.it

German classes are a commodity: anyone can list a course. IcanSpeak needed to look like the credible choice to students who'd never heard of it, with no existing brand or student base to point to.

Marketing approach

  • Built and launched the school on Teachable, from course structure to checkout
  • Ran LinkedIn outreach and Google Ads to find first students without a referral base
  • Managed enrollment campaigns end-to-end, from ad to paying student

Marketing outcome

  • Online school launched and scaled
  • Hundreds of students enrolled
  • LinkedIn lead-generation pipeline built

DeutschAcademy

Brick and Mortar German School

Founder + Project Management · 2018–19

DeutschAcademy

deutschacademy.com

The Philippines-to-Germany nurse pipeline runs through language certification first, but Manila had no school built specifically around that path, so students defaulted to generic German courses that didn't map to what German hospitals actually required.

Marketing approach

  • Co-founded a brick-and-mortar school in Manila built around the Philippines-to-Germany nurse pipeline
  • Built the WordPress site and enrollment funnel from scratch
  • Secured investors and acquired German healthcare clients as placement partners

Marketing outcome

  • School founded in Manila
  • Investors secured
  • German healthcare clients acquired

Narangyoga

New Yoga

Marketing Manager · 2024

Narangyoga

narangyoga.com

Narangyoga had no brand identity to market yet. Before any campaign could work, the studio needed a visual and verbal identity that gave people a reason to choose it over every other yoga brand on Instagram.

Marketing approach

  • Created the brand identity from scratch: name, visual direction, and voice
  • Built and automated the lead funnel from Google Ads and Instagram into Mailchimp
  • Ran SEM and social campaigns to grow the audience around the new identity

Marketing outcome

  • Brand identity created from scratch
  • Social media audience grown
  • Lead funnel automated

Colevitate

Merging Four Personality Frameworks

Founder & Builder · 2026–

Colevitate

colevitate.com

Every personality framework has its true believers and its skeptics, and each one only tells part of the story. Nobody was combining MBTI, Big Five, Human Design, and 4 Color Types into a single profile, so anyone curious about themselves had to pick one lens and ignore the others, or run four separate quizzes with no way to reconcile a self-aware Feeler on one test against a colder Thinker on another.

Marketing approach

  • Built the full product myself in Next.js: four independent assessments, a weighted scoring matrix across four combined axes (Energy, Structure, People, Novelty), and a shareable export card
  • Wired up Google and email-magic-link auth on a Postgres backend via Supabase, with results saved client-side by default so nobody has to sign up just to see themselves
  • Ran the business analysis myself too: mapped the competitive landscape and confirmed no direct consumer competitor combines this many frameworks into one profile

Marketing outcome

  • Live at colevitate.com with all four assessments working end-to-end
  • Full auth and database layer shipped, ready for saved profiles and retake history
  • Team/workplace and compatibility-matching features mapped as the next build

NimbusVault

Building a Real CMDB

Builder · 2026–

NimbusVault

Private client deployment

The client's IT department was tracking servers, storage, and client environments in spreadsheets and scattered docs: no revision history, no way to see what depended on what, and credentials sitting in plain text wherever someone last pasted them. Off-the-shelf CMDB tools like Docusnap or i-doit are built for teams managing hundreds of assets across many customers, not a single in-house department that needed something closer to a structured wiki.

Marketing approach

  • Built a single-tenant Astro app from scratch: typed records (servers, databases, applications, and free-text docs) with structured fields, full diffed revision history, and a directed relationship graph with cycle detection
  • Added an encrypted credentials layer (AES-256-GCM, masked by default, every reveal audit-logged) so license keys and passwords stop living in plain text
  • Iterated against real client requirements: consolidated an early wiki-shaped model and a bolted-on asset table into one unified Collections + Items structure once real usage showed the split was more confusing than useful

Marketing outcome

  • In active use by the client's IT department, tracking real servers and infrastructure
  • Every credential reveal audit-logged; every record change diffed and kept in revision history
  • Deployed on Vercel + Neon Postgres, with a live English/German UI toggle
